Psychology

I have learned to appreciate the following psychological systems and techniques (they may seem a little esoteric at first, but work really well in contrast to astrology):

• Nonviolent communication (Marshall Rosenberg)

• The Eneagram

• Process Work (Arnold Mindell)

More recently, I am also interested in alternative approaches to teaching, such as Peer Instruction (Eric Mazur).

 

 

Folgende psychologische Systeme und Techniken habe ich schätzen gelernt (sie können am Anfang recht esoterisch wirken, funktionieren aber im Gegensatz zu Astrologie wirklich gut):
